Do you offer food service?
We offer food service to groups with overnight reservations and for other events
such as banquets. We offer various meal packages to overnight groups who have a
minimum of 40 overnight guests. Those groups who are contracted to use our food
service will make a selection from the following
menu prior to arrival.

When are food service numbers due?
A final count of the estimated number of people eating is due no later than 7 days
prior to arrival.

If we do not have at least forty people, do you provide us with a kitchen?
A kitchen will be provided to those groups who rent out
Little Pine's Lodge and
Hiltop Campus (located in Cedar Lodge).
As a group exceeds forty people it may be more practical to use our food service.

Do you allow user groups or third party catering companies use of
The Great Lakes Center kitchen?
Whether providing your own food service or using a third party, you are able to use the kitchen as a staging area for serving and have access to the pass throughs both Hot and Cold. All food preparation appliances and utensils are unavailable. For more information, please
