Do you rent out your facilities all year?
Other than summer camp, the facilities are open to be rented by the general public.
All facilities have heating and many have air conditioning.

How do I get prices and availability?

Do we have to put a deposit down in order to reserve the date?
Yes. There is a $200 deposit for Little Pine's Lodge and a $100 deposit for
Hiltop Campus. The Director of Business and Marketing will send out a contract which
covers all the details of your retreat. Once the signed contract and
deposit are returned to the camp, your date will be reserved. You will have
30 days to return the deposit and signed contract if your reservation is within 90 days.
You will only have 10 days to return the deposit and signed contract if the
reservation is within 30 days.

How far ahead should we plan a retreat?
The sooner the better. Planning for the best retreats begins one year in advance.
Facilities and guest speakers should be secured as soon as possible. Prime rental
facilities at Little Pine Island Camp generally book eight months to a year in
advance.

My contract says I need to provide insurance. What does that mean?
Please contact your insurance carrier and simply ask them to send the camp a copy of
your insurance. They will send a copy to you and a copy to Little Pine Island. If,
for some reason your group does not have insurance, please contact the
Director of Business and Marketing at (616) 784-1404 or email.
