Cohesiveness: In the midst of an exciting yet demanding summer, time off is just what the staff needs to
rejuvinate. A weekend trip or a downtown visit is the perfect opportunity to relax and enjoy each other's
company. Physical, social, and spiritual refining are all emphasized to ensure proper and well deserved
rest. Whether touring the sites, playing games, or spending time in worship, a Christ-focused, interdependent
staff is the inevitable outcome. |

Staff Devotions: Spiritual refreshment is pursued every night for all staff members. Amusing stories or a
day of hardships are shared and encouragement comes through devotions and prayer. Staff at LPI understand
that a "God Focus" reveals a contagious spirit that campers want to experience. |

Internationals: Diversity is emphasized through a wide range of international staff. From Africa and
Europe to Australia, campers and native staff are cultured with many backgrounds. |

Summer Opportunities: LPI seeks to hire God-focused, kid-loving, enthusiastic staffers. Available positions
include; counselors, aquatics assistants, maintenance personnel, and food service handlers. Salaries range
from $120 to $200 a week. Additionally, college students may also apply for a general tuition scholarship
available through The Salvation Army. |
