Little Pine Island (LPI) Camp has much to offer the retreat planner. Since there is so much to consider when planning a
retreat, we have made planning a retreat at LPI much more simple. In this section, we have given you detailed
information about what LPI offers. Since we offer much more, we encourage you to contact the
Operations Manager. (See 'Contact Us')

FACILTIES

An overnight retreat will usually utilize lodging, kitchen facilities, and
a meeting room. You may also view facility Fees. Here are two options at LPI:

Our premier overnight rental facility is Little Pine's Lodge.

Hiltop Campus consists of several buildings:

A meeting room may be the only thing you need for your retreat. There are also many groups who
spend the weekend in Little Pine's Lodge or Hiltop Campus and want more room to have meetings.

The Great Lakes Center is our most versatile collection
of conference and multi-purpose rooms.

Our VanHaitsma Outdoor Pavilion is a wonderful place for many
activities, accomodating up to 300 people.

Lakeview, with almost 2000 square feet of meeting space perefect
for many occasions.

MEAL PLANNING - Each of the overnight facilities (Little Pine's Lodge and Hiltop Campus) offers guests a full
kitchen. You must provide your own food, pots and pans, plates, cups, cutlery, paper, etc. If guests are
interested in having LPI camp staff provide the food, we will serve you in the Great Lakes Dining Room for
an additional fee. Consider the following about LPI food service:

Fees for food service vary widely and we encourage you to contact us so you know your options. To give you
an idea, if we were to serve you 4 meals, you would pay about $38 more than your overnight weekend rate.

Food Service Policies

There must be 40 persons minimum for a 3 meal option, 60 for 2 meals, and 80 persons for 1 meal.

You must submit an exact number of persons we will be serving at least 7 days before the
first meal is served. This allows us to order the food in a timely manner. The menu should also
be submitted at least by this time.

Meal times for contracted service are: Breakfast 8-8:45AM, Brunch 10:30-11:15AM, Lunch 12:30-1:15PM,
Dinner 5:30-6:15PM & Late Supper or Snack service 9:00PM. If you desire to have meals at different
times, you must contact the Guest Services Coordinator.
